- About Us
Managing Director Daniel
Budija was inspired to introduce
Healthcare Assist to the
Australian community in 2004.
When Daniel contacted his health
insurance fund to find out exactly what he
was getting for the years of
paying for extras and hospital
cover, he was shocked to find
that they cover very little
compared to the premium paid.
This was particularly obvious
with extras, where claimable
limits are low and restricted.
After some research, Daniel
initiated Healthcare Assist, as
he found that many people wanted
health care, but could not
afford it. Over the years, he
had dedicated himself to
providing affordable health
benefits to all Australians and
has added a number of additional
services to the original
concept. Healthcare Assist is
now providing affordable Health
Cover to thousands of
Australians,
as well as expanding into:
